OTRS 2.4.8 : red errors in the log; Sizelimit
Hi there, I have a new error in the log that appears approx third times this morning, here is the error as viewable in the log: Mon Oct 3 11:37:30 2011 error OTRS-CGI-2011 Need Year! Sizelimit exceeded
It's quite difficult to say without context, but the 'Sizelimit exceeded' messages typically come from a connected LDAP system if the number of matches is more than the number of results that can be returned by your LDAP frontend. The "Need Year" message can come from a date that is passed to a date function where one or more of the date fields is missing. -- Mike
