New subject: Letting customers choose a FreeText option when they createa ti cket

      Didn't quite fix it.  Here is the portion of my CustomerMessageNew.dtl:

  </tr>

And I fixed the typo in my config.  But the "TicketFreeTextField1" drop down
list still doesn't appear.

Any more ideas?
