I can see log at 2 maybe 3 different locations, 1) http logs ( in my case /usr/web/logs/error.log and access.log ) In the otrs.log file ( I have set debug on !? In Config.pm ) Maybe some in /var/adm/messages ( I am running on a Solaris 8 (sparc) system.) If debug is not set, maybe you could have a try !?
