We often have problems with too large attachments and i know that i could increase the max_packet_size of mysql, but i dont want to :) It would be really nice if the attachment-size gets checked when an agent selects a file to attach ( that does not solve the problem with incoming mails/attachments, but that can be handled somewhere else..). Has anyone tried this already ?
