Updating CustomerCompany does not update.

Hello, I'm updating a CustomerCompany, otrs popups a successful message (and system log), but nothing is changed. I'm using otrs 2.2.4; could someone point me a way to investigate this? Is it possible that the customer company feature is not correctly setup in your installation.
