Hi Daniel, To use pop3s in OTRS you would just have to install the corresponding Perl modules. POP3S will become available in AdminMailAccount automatically. If you'd run otrs/bin/otrs.checkModules you would see the modules you are missing. You should install IO::Socket::SSL and Mail::POP3Client via your package manager or via the CPAN.
