Can I change the setting so that my auto response to customer don't snip the body of the ticket ? In other words I would like the entire text of the ticket included in the automated response? I think my current setting is snipping it. Thanks.

Go to the auto response section in the admin area and select the auto
response you like to change.
In the body of the response you'll see a OTRS variable called

In the body of the response you'll see a OTRS variable called
. The "[6]" means, that six lines of the customer mail will be included. Change this to and the whole customer mail should be included. Kind regards, Christian

Dear OTRS Experts, currently we've upgrade from version 1.3.2 to 2.0.1, everything goes well after update the schema provided in the package. However, we still have prob displaying the stats-are in menu bar. I've go through the document, but still have no clue to fix this prob. I would appreciate if someone else can provide any info that I can update from configuration files. Thanks in advance. btw, I updated OTRS from rpm downloaded from official website. sorry for being multiple, after check previous communication in the list, I've found the prob is due to the missing "stats" group after upgrading from old OTRS. After force adding this into the OTRS, and it works well then. Thanks for your help anyway! :-) Br, J On Sat, 6 Aug 2005, Jason Shih wrote:
