OTRS has been up and running nicely for almost a month now. We're very happy with it here at work. However, one question. Is there any way to print up a full report for closed tickets? Thanks, Jon Conkle

A full report! Like this: http://demo.otrs.org/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentTicketPrint&TicketID=36386 (Ticket-Print-View)?

OTRS 1.0. It's default (TicketZoom -> Print). ;) Martin -- Martin Edenhofer - <martin at edenhofer.de> - http://martin.edenhofer.de/ -- "Security is a process, not a product." - Bruce Schneier

ah. looks like i'll be upgrading to 1.0, then. Thanks. Oh, quick question. When i upgrade, will my custom .dtl files get overwritten? I figure it's common sense to backup regardless, but i was just curious as to what to expect. Jon.

Not overwritten if you use the RPMs. Overwritten if you use the tar. The best way is to create a new (own) theme for your custom .dtl files. -==> Will not be overwritten on upgrade (tar and RPM) ! PS: The 1.0 contains more features so it's better to use the 1.0 .dtl files for 1.0.
Jon.
