Hi all, First, thank you all for your efforts so far. Our ticketing system went live this week and it's running fine with all your tips. One last thing is still unclear for me. Since several external agents are loggin into our system, we have to create weekly reports, how much replies a specific agent wrote per week (since they get payed per response) Is there a way to determine this? I tried to use the stats function and so on, but i can't find a solution, since we need the excat number of sent replies (not of tickets) and this on a agent base. Any help would be appreciated (even a SQL soolution would be practicable for us) Thanks!
