Hi all, we've been using OTRS successfully for several years with virtually no problems. Earlier in the week, we've upgraded our server to FreeBSD 7.0 and installed OTRS 2.2.5 from self-built packages on it. The new OTRS setup was working fine for several days, but now something happened and it just returns an error when accessing it: ------- Function not implemented at /usr/local/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/../../Kernel/System/Log.pm line 83, <PRODUCT> line 4. ----- There has been no changes to the server since OTRS was setup and so I'm really puzzled as to what is causing this problem. Has anyone seen anything like this before or have any suggestions where to look? Many thanks! -- Dez Accid
