We have defined (within Framework -> Core): NotificationSenderName = OTRS Benachrichtigung NotificationSenderEmail = otrs@

Yet notification mails are sent like this:

That's set to another address "Will be the sender address of this queue for email answers" which works like a charm. It's the automatic notifications, not the answers that have the wrong address.
