Too bad, my provider is not to cooperative, Any suggestions in how to solve this ? Eddie
This error was apparently found to be the result of updating PERL. Restoring question.pm and base.pm to a pre-upgrade version resolved the issue for the other poster. Not sure is a bug was filed on this issue. Anyone know... Anyone file? LQ

That is what I allready expected ... BUT, as my otrs runs on a shared webserver, my provider refuses to downgrade perl and tels me to fix my own problems ... :-( So, the question stands ... Is there anything I can do to work around this problem and be able to answer tickets with otrs ?
Restoring question.pm and base.pm to a pre-upgrade version resolved the issue for the other poster.
Not sure is a bug was filed on this issue. Anyone know... Anyone file?

Wonder if this is an OTRS issue or a PERL issue? I haven't experienced it but haven't upgraded PERL either. Suppose one step would be to look at what change was made in perl in the 'recent' update... should probably hint to the cause. I'll see if I can find anything on this, but considering that there have now been two reports on this it is probable there are others. Probably a good idea to file a bug report and see if OTRS can get this fixed, assuming it is an OTRS issue. Anyone updated, perl and NOT experienced this error?? LQ
