Hi,
Yes it's possible. You have just to change group of hidden queue.
Each customer is in a group (maybe more if you configure it). so each
customer is in group users and all of the queue too.
So customers have write access to group users and related queue. If you
change Group of the queue via Admin-Area - Queue & Responses - Queue ,
customers have no right on other groups so customer interface hide desired
queue.
