You can't "delete" emails/tickets via the agent frontend. The normal way is to close the ticket and it is not shown anymore (but is used for stats,...). A solution to "delete" emails/tickets from the database would be: Add a delete queu, move all "delete"-tickets to this queue and use the bin/GenericAgent.pl (http://otrs.org/pages/index.pl?Action=Ext&Site=Docu/generic-agent-example.ht...). More questions?

I downloaded version 1.0 RC3 and everything seems to be working okay until we try and add a user,This is the error we get (http://216.52.250.135/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/index.pl?Action=AdminUser)Can't read /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/ticket.cogmembers.org/httpdocs/otrs/Kernel/Output /HTML/Standard/AdminUserPreferences.dtl: No such file or directory at /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/ticket.cogmembers.org/httpdocs/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/. ./../Kernel/Output/HTML/Generic.pm line 260.I checked /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/ticket.cogmembers.org/httpdocs/otrs/Kernel/Output /HTML/Standard/and there is no file called (AdminUserPreferences.dtl) just (AdminUserPreferencesGeneric.dtl).Did I miss a step ?Thanks-Brian
