BulkFeatureJavaScriptAlert Missing

Hi all, I've just gone through the process of upgrading from 2.0.4 all the way up to 2.4.3. When using bulk actions, we get 'A message should have a subject!' javascript popup. We used to be able to disable this using Ticket::Frontend::BulkFeatureJavaScriptAlert but it seems the configuration is no longer available. I can't find the configuration in SysConfig and adding $Self->{'Ticket::Frontend::BulkFeatureJavaScriptAlert'} = '0' in Config.pm has no affect. Has the option been changed to something else? Thanks, Wayne -- Scanned by iCritical.

I think this param has been removed. I already filed a bug report: http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4188 No feedback so far. You should add yourself to the CC list. Lars

no, I renamed the old dir and made a fresh install into a new one. just to make sure: what would I have to check? Lars

Hi, Check the Version ID of AgentTicketQueue.dtl against the CVS Version. On 26.08.2009, at 15:14, Lars Monsees wrote:

After re-reading your post, I apologize for my first analysis. The WYSIWYG editor is causing the heartache becuase, in the background there is text in the body. This triggers the java warning.
