For example, spam - I don't want to close them, I want to remove them completely so they aren't taking up room in the database. I always just leave them (maybe we don't get as much spam as you do), for us they don't take up much space. -- Wes Plate Automatic Duck, Inc. http://www.wesplate.com http://www.automaticduck.com

When I compose a reply to a ticket, the signature is inserted into the textarea and can be altered if necessary. I have also set the format in Config.pm using $Self->{ResponseFormat} This is all good. However, when I compose a new email, the signature is not visible in the textarea but gets added automatically when the email is sent. Sometimes I need to alter the signature slightly. Is it possible to have the signature appear in the textarea like it does in the ticket response textarea? Also, is there an equivalent to $Self->{ResponseFormat} for new emails? One last question - I noticed in the demo 1.3 beta version that the "Compose Email" option is missing altogether. Is this just a security measure? i.e. will the "Compose Email" option still be available in 1.3? TIA, Dave

Sorry, it doesn't seem so.

No, sorry, again there doesn't seem to be such.
