Customer". Now, when I enter an email address that is not found in the database, the search clears the field and does not allow me to use that address. Is there a way that I can still enter an email address that is not found in a customer database?
I use a CustomerUser DB as well.
If the address is not in the DB, why do you perform a search? AFAIK the values entered are written to the DB verbatim.
Because my agents complained about having to click on "search customer". They want as few things as possible to have to do. So, I rewrote the dtl to execute the search anytime the text input loses focus. Because the text input will inevitably lose focus everytime a response is composed, it will always search. I know that multiple customer databases can be drawn from when looking up customer's, i.e. customer1, customer2, etc. What I want to know is if I can set up a customer2 profile that instead of searching for entries allows for unverified entries.
