Hello, although this is a question which would be better placed in a mySQL beginners list: are you familiar with, and have you checked the user rights for your database ? Seems to me that the the user you're connecting with is allowed to connect locally but not from remote. Some GRANT's will help. hth FranzF Koning, Rene wrote:
