POP3 Delivered mail not generating Auto-Response [2]

All, Have investigated this further and found that this happening when the message originates from a mailing list. If the mailing list delivers directly to the otrs account there is no problem. The mail account concerned is on an MS Exchange server. Any ideas on a work around, or is this a bug? ====================================================== G.T.Smith Computer Officer ASSL mailto:G.T.Smith@bham.ac.uk ====================================================== When you Have lost your inns, drown your empty selves, for you will have lost the last of England.. If an incoming email includes an email header like 'Precedence', 'Mailing-List', 'X-Loop' or 'X-No-Loop' then OTRS will _not_ send any auto responses because the email is a bulk email. Normally you don't want send auto responses to the sender of a bulk email. But if you know what you are doing, copy the 'PostmasterX-Header' config array from Kernel/Config/Defaults.pm into Kernel/Config.pm and remove the headers which you want ignore. And OTRS will send auto responses to the sender. Martin -- Martin Edenhofer - <martin at edenhofer.de> - http://martin.edenhofer.de/ -- Noch 110 Tage bis zum Gäubodenvolksfest! ;-)
