I've hunted around in the options but apparently I'm missing it... Where's the option to turn on the Status View toolbar button? I'm referring to the view that shows all the currently non-closed tickets. Hello. Go to Admin => SysConfig => Search for 'Status View' The result will be: 'Frontend::Agent::ModuleRegistration' Next, locate 'Frontend::Module###AgentTicketStatusView:' and enable it. HTH.
