Hello! I have 2.2.2 OTRS version installed in a Linux Slackware box. The install process was ok and everything is working just fine. There is only one thing isn´t working: the agent e-mail notification when a new ticket is created to a queue. The agents who need to be notified has the "New ticket notification" marked to "Yes" and "My queues" are selected. Despite this, I still don´t receive any notification. I don´t know how to solve this problem and that feature will help a lot in our day-to-day use of OTRS. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks! -- William Murat TIT - Hospital São Vicente de Paulo
