User history show "root" as owner despite being logged in with ow n credentials

I am an admin on my system. When I log in and work on tickets, the user history shows the owner as "root@localhost" instead of my own email address. Any ideas why? Thanks, Tyler Hepworth

under which username do you log in? On Tuesday 06 April 2004 22:34, Tyler Hepworth wrote:

Change the email adress of the 'root' user and/or set $Self->{PostmasterUserID} to your ID. hth, Robert Kehl -- ((otrs.de)) :: OTRS GmbH :: Norsk-Data-Str. 1 :: 61352 Bad Homburg http://www.otrs.de/ :: Tel. +49 (0)6172 4832388
