Hello Rodrigo I recommend you to install OTRS without YAST. Simply download http://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/RPMS/suse/10.0/otrs-2.4.5-01.noarch.rpm, install it using rpm -ivh otrs-2.4.5-01.noarch.rpm If any dependency is missing, search for it at http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/11.2/repo/oss/suse/i586/, download it and install it using the same method ;) Leonardo Certuche On Wed, Dec 16, 2009 at 3:44 PM, Rodrigo Correa wrote:
