Hi guys, just completed a fresh install of otrs 2.0.4-01 everything seemed to be ok, but im having issues adding users. it basically sits there for a few minutes and comes back with a 500 server error. also when i try to send the email that the documentation suggests it comes back with an error. any ideas ?
