Setting up Aspell (windows XP) to work with OTRS

I have ASpell loaded already (use it with opera), how to I get OTRS to use it. I tried adding the full filepath in sysconfig, but still doesn't work, zero errors found always. Barry Keyles Lead ProfitGrabber Support Turn-Key Systems 480.598.2030
