Hi, I would like to have an incoming mail to be routed to a queue based on the e-mail destination address. Env.: - OTRS 2.1.1 - Solaris 10 I have created a queue QUEUE1 Than, in Misc -> PostMaster Filter I have created a filter: MATCH: Header1: To Value: adm@myhost.com SET: Header 1: X-OTRS-Queue Value: QUEUE1 When I send an e-mail to adm@myhost.com, the mail can reach the destination fine, and I see it in the adm user mailbox, yet nothing in the queue. How I can check if the filter is working correctly? Or maybe I am missing some additional setup? Regards, -marek
