Hi, Signature and Body are created before the TicketNumber exist. The TN is created after submitting the New Mail ticket form.

... but the mail is sent after the TicketNumber is created. So I thought there has to be a prepared way to populate OTRS_TICKET_TicketNumber in an new mail ticket. - Thomas
