Hi,
But when I try to enter the system, I get the following : SessionIDinvalid! Need user data!
I face the same problem using the following config. Have you, Franck, in the meantime bean able to solve the issue? My config ist: * Suse Linux Enterprise 9 SP 2 * OTRS 2.0.4 I did some digging and have been able do discover the following information (mailing list at some earlier point of time):
This is certainly no Solaris thing, as it occasionally happens on Debian, too. Ime, it seems to be an Apache/Perl thing. I solved it by upgrading to Apache 2.0.50-5 and mod_perl 1.99_14, although this may not help in all cases. Just use the provided scripts, nothing else.
The user with the problem experienced:
2.0.48 + 1.99_12 does work 2.0.48 + 1.99_13 doesn't 2.0.48 + 1.99_14 doesn't
My system has Apache 2.0.49 and mod_perl 1.99_12. I will try to upgrade / downgrade to one of the configs stated as working and see what happens. I have another system with wotking OTRS (OTRS 2.0.4, Suse Linux 9.3) with Apache2 2.0.53-9 / mod_perl-2.0.0-4 Cheers Tobias -- Tobias Lütticke franck.lamas@stp-presse.fr schrieb:
Hi all,
I have configured OTRS 2.0 to use an Sybase database, using ODBC driver...
But when I try to enter the system, I get the following : SessionIDinvalid! Need user data!
So I have modified a little bit DB.PM just to have more explanations in my log file, see below. Apparently it seems that the PrepareStatement doesn't execute the SQL statement, it's very strange because the system is making some updates in the table sessions.
Has anyone could help me ?
