Hi, Don't really know about a StressTest either, but our enviroument is similiar to yours - we have 15 agents and about 3000-4000 Tickets a day - served with otrs 2.0.4 (upgraded from 1.3.1) on a linux box, mysql 4.1&openldap backend with dual xeon 2.6Ghz and 2GB RAM as hardware - and there is REALLY NO Problem, i think we could even double both agents and Tickets per day without a real difference in working experience. hth FranzF Thought Fix wrote:

We're trying to find the right solution for up to 20 simultaneous agents and around 6,000-8,000 tickets per day. We can build as much of a server as this needs but would like to high instead of low.
