Greets; Just started testing otrs on SuSE9.1 and the supplied rpm. Upon restarting apache2 and meeting dependencies rcapache2 issues the following warning and fails to start; t23:/home/chris123 # rcapache2 restart Syntax error on line 10 of /etc/apache2/conf.d/otrs.conf: Invalid command 'Perlrequire', perhaps mis-spelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration Now checking the supplied path in otrs.conf > /opt/..... all seems well with permission set to root:root and 777 for the perl script. Still no joy..:) So any clues for this newbie to otrs would be greatly appreciated. tks in advance. /ch
