Thanks a lot Martin, I'd like to extend the question a bit while I'm configuring the second backend for the Companies. Can I use two different company backends but just one Customer User? In other words, since the other backend I'd like to use does not contain informations on people but only on companies, I'd like to maintain users on the OTRS DB while reading company informations on the external DB (which is updated automatically from other sources and it is generally updated more often than OTRS one). Hi Stefano, yes, also this should work. The connection between CustomerUsers and Customer(Companie)s is via the CustomerID.
