What are "Locked Tickets" for?
Can anyone tell me what "Locked Tickets" are for? And in what circumstances a ticket becomes locked? Thanks, R.

A locked ticket indicates an agent is working on that ticket. It is locked so other agents know it is being worked on.

You simply click the 'lock' link above the ticket. -Josh
