The truncation is controlled in Admin-Area, Notifications, xx::Agent::xx..... The one you are probably interested in is xx::Agent::NewTicket. Highlight this option and click "change". In the modification area, you will see a line like this: That says to display the first 16 lines of the email and cut the rest off. You can adjust this number to display more or less of the message. To display all of the message, I would guess that you remove all of the number: But I don't know for sure because I have never tried it. Give it a try and see how it comes out. Hth, Tyler Hepworth
