I have installed OTRS an I have an odd thing happening. Sometimes, more often then not, I get this error via my web browser: "Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, root@localhost and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log." Now, the funny thing is that If I come back in a few minutes...it may work fine once or twice....but right back to the error. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Mark
