There's something peculiar going on in the backup script. I normally program in Python, not Perl, but it appears that the script is looking for Config.tar.gz in the folder where it is creating the backup. That doesn't make any sense! Also it looks like the backup script does not create Config.tar.gz or Application.tar.gz.
