Hi, I am working at TUBITAK as an IT personnel, we are using OTRS 6 on a CentOS server in our company. We have upgraded some CentOS packages according to cybersecurity requirements. After upgradation we realized that admin agents cannot login directly; So we are changing address, if we add something like "Action=Admin" we can login successfully as admin agents. Can you help us about that problem, we tried so many things but could not solve that. Your answers are very valuable to us. Best Regards,
