Hi everyone, In the old OTRS (< 1.3) it was possible to set the default order of the response format: $Self->{ResponseFormat} = '$Data{"Salutation"} $Data{"StdResponse"} $Data{"Signature"} $Data{"OrigFrom"} $Text{"wrote"}: $Data{"Body"}'; Is there such an option in OTRS 2.0 ?
