Adding LDAP Customer Info

Hi, I just wanted to ask a couple of questions...... Is there any way to setup otrs(setup with LDAP integration ie... AD) so that when I go under Customer User Management I can see the users that are under the Active Directory tree. Also under phone view when I create a new ticket I would like to have this.... When I enter the user in the From: field and hit search that it would look in the Active Directory and pull the phone number, office number, and title and either include them on the Customer info section on the side or include them in the text section of the ticket. I don't know how to do this off hand so that is why I'm asking...... Is any of this possible....... Thanks...... Neil
