Currently it's by ticket age, oldest first, and I'd like to change it to ticket age, newest first. The URL is index.pl?Action=AgentStatusView, so I took a look at the AgentStatusView.pm module, and saw this line: $Self->{Order} = $Self->{ParamObject}->GetParam(Param => 'Order') || 'Up'; Thinking "Aha, I've found it", I changed it to $Self->{Order} = $Self->{ParamObject}->GetParam(Param => 'Order') || 'Down'; I then went to the page again, but it seems like it's still ordering it the oldest first. I tried restarting Apache, but still the same. Is there something else I need to do, or am I completely on the wrong track?
