Dear Otrs users, In my ticket view, I have the possibility to compose an answer mail to respond to the people who open the ticket. What I want is to be able to compose an answer which will respond to people who opened the ticket AND people in copy of the ticket (like a "reply all" in outlook). I didn't find this option in the admin side, is it possible to do it ? Thanks a lot, Pierre
