RE: [otrs] view closed tickets without searching

I guess I should have mentioned that I'm using OTRS 1.3, not 2 - there is no "sysconfig" in the admin area.
Its a module you need to activate its disabled by default go to sysconfig in the admin area and in Frontend::Agent::ModuleRegistration
turn it on It wiil allow you to view a list of all tickets you have read
access to based on weither they are open or closed in a format similar
to the search results without having to do a search
No - I'm not sure what that is :) Can you point me in the right direction?
