
When I’m in the Agent page and I click on QueueView, -It shows me all the tickets,- but It doesn’t show me who the owner is unless I zoom in for that specific ticket. I would like to see the Owner of a ticket without clicking on the zoom link. Where can I do this? I recommend enabling the StatusView module. Nils Breunese.
