I am running OTRS::ITSM 2.2.4 on Apache and Windows server 2003. I am not having any problems with otrs. I have recently upgraded to 2.2.4 and that went fine. I suggest you check you're logs, also the windows eventviewer.

I have to restart the system (with de restart batch file) and then begin to work again ??
Are there any errors in the Apache log files?
Steve
