Hi Martin, our customer wanna see the status of their tickets (status, what was done and so one), but they shouldn't have to login to the otrs. Is there something in the system or in your pipe or must we develop something ? Regards David

NachrichtHi list, Otrs have excellent Multilanguage support capability. Excellent! I would like to know how to translate automatic email messages such as Notification messages. I know there is Config/Notification.pm. Should I modify Notification.pm? Is there another approach? Shozo

Cool idea! At the moment change it in Config/Notification.pm. But in future (next release) you can translate it via the language translation file. :-) Thanks Shozo!

Hi Martin,
Thank you for your nice near future plan.
My favorite way is 'Edit email message' functionality in admin interface.
Anyway thank you.

Hi Martin and list, I searched an answer for this question posted before from Bryan, but I can't find it. Merging ticket feature is implemented? My otrs is 0.5 Beta8. Thank you. Shozo ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---- [otrs] merging tickets? Bryan Fullerton <EMAIL-PROTECTED> Sat, 9 Nov 2002 10:09:35 -0500 Hallo, Is there any way to merge tickets, ie when someone accidentally sends two similar emails? Right now I just close the second ticket, but other systems I've used allow merging. Thanks, Bryan
