So, when I compose a new email or phone call ticket, is it true that if I use the "Search Customer" button, I can only search for persons (employees of a company) and not customers (ie.. a company name)? If so, is there anyway I can change this so that I can search on customer group? We have customers (companies calling us) and often different employees from the same customer. I would like an easy way of managing this... any ideas?
