I just installed otrs, from cvs on a FreeBSD 4.10 with apache 1.3.27 and mod_perl 1.29_1 I went through all the docs, and everything worked like it should, ran the installer it completed without a hitch Went to the login screen which came up fine, and logged in with the initial user/pass and I get the following error in my browser: Software error: Can't insert session id! at ../..//Kernel/System/AuthSession/DB.pm line 194. Any ideas to the problem? Jaron
