Selecting the Queues a user can see (New user question)

I fixed the troubles in my OTRS installation. Now, I'm trying to restrict the queues a customer can see. When a customer logs into I just want him to see the queues that are relevant for his or him. Can I achieve this? Thanks for your help. Andres -- A/P Andrés Tarallo

You want the CustomerGroupSupport option under Framework -> Frontend::Customer. Marcus: The option you suggest is currently on. I think that I haven't understood how you manage users, roles, groups and queues. This is our situation: We want customers to authenticate against our LDAP server (achieved). Then we want each customer to see the queues where he can put tickets. To achieve this we create queues, each queue is assigned to a group. Groups are assigned to profiles and users are assigined to profiles. All feedback is welcome Andres
