Ticket article order when printing
Hello, I've successfully changed the article sort order in a ticket with Ticket::Frontend::ZoomExpandSort (reverse), but when printing (PDF or normal), the order is the opposite. Anyone have an idea which flag I can use to change the print order articles in a ticket? I've been searching in vain. Also, is there an easy way to change the default background colour of the printed ticket/article when using PDF? The default is a gray bg, which makes it difficult to fax. Thanks Henry

but it's too old and incomplete (maybe for old version?)
for example, i try to use
tag, but .... 742:AgentTicketCompose.pm
# cleanup all not needed
/-/gi; and this tag counted as "not needed" and replace with "-" in my message (but it listed and recommended!)
All what i need (ideally) - tag for articleid (current text article inside all ticket structure) or combination of ticketid, date, current answering agent and customer id, that unambiguously define current agent answer article in ticket structure (less acceptably). ----------------
Have you created a bug report for this issue? The developers are not regulars on this user list AFAIK. http://bugs.otrs.org/ Nils Breunese.
