I just set my default anser like that
and the result is:
- - - -
I did so too - it works.
I didn't told you that I am using v1.3xCVS Is there something that I should enable first in one of the config files ?
No. You might consider updateing the source code again. Regards, Robert Kehl -- ((otrs.de)) :: OTRS GmbH :: Norsk-Data-Str. 1 :: 61352 Bad Homburg http://www.otrs.de/ :: Tel. +49 (0)6172 4832388

Hello Robert,
I just update it. The same result.
What should I check to make sure I am using the wright version. What
file(s) ?
Cheers,
Daniel

Hello Robert,
After updating I get the following error while running the
PostMasterPOP3.pl :
"Can't locate object method "GetAllUserIDsByQueueID" via package "Kernel::System::Queue"
at /data/otrs/Kernel/System/Ticket/Article.pm line 273.
Any ideas ?

It is already adressed in 1.2.3. It might be you're running into
inconsistencies due to having chosen the CVS version.

"Can't locate object method "GetAllUserIDsByQueueID" via package "Kernel::System::Queue" at /data/otrs/Kernel/System/Ticket/Article.pm line 273.
Same here. Seems, you hit the sharp part of using a CVS version. Update again. Latest version of Article.pm is now (1733h GMT) v1.63. Additionally, check if you have assigned the correct auto response type. To send an auto response in reply to a freshly created ticket, you'd choose 'auto reply' - not 'auto reply/new ticket'. If you get this wrong, you're simply not changing the active auto response at all. ;) hth, Robert Kehl -- ((otrs.de)) :: OTRS GmbH :: Norsk-Data-Str. 1 :: 61352 Bad Homburg http://www.otrs.de/ :: Tel. +49 (0)6172 4832388

You are wright, I tried to use it for normal responses.
For auto responses is ok.
How about responses ?

If I really manage to deal with that "Can't locate object method "GetAllUserIDsByQueueID" error I will go to get a cold beer.
It is astounding, but v1.63 of Article.pm doesn't have a text like that, I just re-checked. The last time it appeared in Article.pm was in rev. 1.59. Delete the file and update it via cvs again. hth, Robert Kehl -- ((otrs.de)) :: OTRS GmbH :: Norsk-Data-Str. 1 :: 61352 Bad Homburg http://www.otrs.de/ :: Tel. +49 (0)6172 4832388

Every time when PostMasterPOP3.pl runs I get a message:

Does the field 'valid' in your customer user table have values for all rows? Execute this query in http://localhost/otrs/index.pl?Action=AdminSelectBox SELECT * FROM customer_user WHERE valid_id != 1 See if there are entries that do not have a value at all. Assign a '0' or a '1' in that case. Hello Robert,
the query returns 0 (zero) rows.
I have only one row in the customer_user table and all fields are OK.
