i have an unusual question - i installed 1.2.4 the suse rpm on fedora core2 and have nothing but good experiences from it. however now i am trying to upgrade to 1.3 :) i figured id try my luck and try OTRS 1.3.1 for SuSE Linux 9.1 RPM but it didnt work and listed a bunch of dependencies that were already installed should i be using the Source - tar.gz instead? cheers
